Delosperma ‘Jewel of Desert Peridott’ Ice Plant Bought on sale in Fall, must not have gotten a good footing before the winter, 95% died so I replaced with phlox.
Globularia trichosantha - Globe Daisy, arrived very small and immediately began wilting and then turned brown - assuming shock from being in a box for 4 days and then transplanted outside. Asked for my money back but haven't heard back yet.
Hibiscus moscheutos 'Luna Red' - In mid spring and this is still a dried white husk, doesn't look like it's coming back. Probably attributed to transplanting from pot to the ground too late in the Fall for it to root.

Dead and/or Gone:
Not sure if this had a chance to root in the Fall, it's all brown and
not waking up. I transplanted it to the back bed. I think it's
borderline hardy in this area so it might have gotten too cold without a
good footing.
Bought this on sale in the Fall and I guess it didn't root in before the cold, we're already into May and it's shown no signs of life.

Bought this on sale in the Fall and it was evergreen most of winter. But it didn't come back in the Spring. Too bad, I spent so much time trying to identify this fern and now it's gone gone gone.
Not sure what exact kind, dark green leaves, dwarf, weeping. Roots sat in water near a downspout and rotted out.
